        Overall

        Never use these quacks!!! Took my car in because it barely started. They said the battery was bad-although it had been checked 3 weeks before- and replaced it. Then they called me to say the alternator was also bad. They replaced it too for a total of $463. Two days later my car won't start and now they decide the starter has miraculously also gone bad!! They wanted $560 for it. I had it towed to someone who is respectable and has a clue.

        I have been using this fireston for at least 14 years, to service all my vehicles. On 11-9-08, I had a flat on

        one of the tires purchased, with extended warranty and road hazard. I called the store and was told that

        it would be about 45 minute wait. I live only 10 minutes from this store. Upon arrival, I was then told it

        would be 2 to 2and 1/2 hours. I also was told that No one would tell me this, when I know for a fact that

        is what I was told. By denying, this he was basically calling me a liar. I am debating as to whether I will

        continue to use their business.
