Called about a problem with my heat pump. They responded quickly and carefully diagnosed the problem. They ordered the needed part and returned promptly to install it. When they finished my system was running perfectly. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I will certainly call them again for any heating and air conditioning needs.

After replacing the capacitor in the heat pump the Parrs Heating & Cooling technician failed to check that the A/C was producing a vent outlet temperature within equipment specifications.



When we returned home the Heap Pump was running but was not producing cool air. We immediately shut down the Heat Pump.



Several days later the technician returned and told us that running the Heat Pump for those eight or none hours resulted in damage to the compressor. He said the damage was caused by a faulty valve.



It is highly likely that the valve was already not functioning when the capacitor was replaced and that the technician would have discovered the problem had he simply confirmed that the Heat Pump was performing within specifications.



Parrs Heating & Cooling has so far refused to make any restitution.
