Quickly scheduled appt, and then questioned my choice while I was waiting on the tech to arrive due to other negative reviews. However, pleasantly surprised. Prompt arrival within 2 hours of making call. Friendly technician completed the work quickly. I wouldn't be afraid to use them, again, in the future or recommend them to others.
