Manguso Land Surveying

I had an awful experience with this company. I gave months notice for a survey to be completed and I had to contact the company several times past the due date to see when I may receive it. Four times I was told I would have it by the end of the day. Never happened. I don't recommend paying upfront, you may never get what you paid for. When I did finally get my land survey it looked like a rushed, unprofessional drafting job. Too many typos to count, overlapping text, just messy. To top it off, you can't even get a licensed surveyor on the phone when you have questions/concerns. I don't trust the work is accurate or that the owner even looks at surveys before sending them, along with a hefty bill to a customer (MONTHS LATE).
