        Fall From Flavor

        There is a new chef at Carson's. This chef does not understand flavor the way the previous chef did. The two dishes we ordered were insipid belly fillers. The Chef's pasta with chicken had barely three tablespoons of actual chicken. The sauce had good color and texture but only a barely discernable flavor. The bison who gave his life for my burger should be disappointed. It was not juicy, and could not be distinguished from any other standard burger except that mine was dry. At $11., I expected big flavor. The burgers at Applebee's are much more tasty and juicy.
