Annapolis Treasure Co

I bought a set of Franklin Half Dollars that were advertised and BU,(Brilliant Uncirculated} from the Annapolis Treasure Company. Trusting the company I assumed they advertised correctly and didn't inspect each coin. I was at the time an amateur collector. I went to a coin show and had a professional Coin person inspect the Franklin set. I was embarrassed to find out that a number of the coins were circulated and definitely NOT BU as advertised. I called the store and to make a long story short I was told that since it was after the 21 day refund period I was told that I was stuck with the coin set. They could not do anything to rectify the situation, I paid for BU coins and didn't not received what I brought.
