I've only had good experiences when it comes to using Cathy's Cleaning. I used one of their cleaners (Kim) initially to help get my apartment clean after moving in. Kim came on time, was pleasant, and did everything I had outlined. She wasn't shy about asking questions to insure that everything was done as I expected. My apartment was left in mint condition. Since then, I've used Cathy's several times, each time having Kim come by for the cleaning, and have not been disappointed.

Cathy's Cleaning Service just cleaned a rental property that my husband and I own. I just want to say thanks for doing such a great job! The house looks fantastic and I know that alot of work had to be done! Will definately use their services again!!!

After using several cleaning services in the past, I have found what I needed and more with Cathy's cleaning. There personalized service is just what I need for my busy schedule. I have come to know my cleaner very well, just like a friend - because I have the same cleaner for all my visits, unless she misses a visit in which cathy's contacts me to make arrangements to have a fill in cleaner if I'd like - which I've have done as well and it worked out wonderfully, there were no bumps in my service. I love that they use my products and what I prefer, it really eases my mind to know that mop there using wasn't used in someone else's bathroom. I could go on and on, but I'll sum it up like this. I have referred many friends to there service, and they were just as satisfied as I was. I takes a lot to impress me, which Cathy's has done - I've even taken time from my busy schedule to let you know if you want a cleaning company that is personal, and works to fit your needs then this is for you.

The Best! Cathy's Cleaning is the best cleaning service we've had. The same cleaner comes every week, preventing the worry of having a stranger in our home each time it is cleaned. My own equipment is used so I don't have to wonder where that vacuum was prior to my home and what it may have left behind. We can get the entire house cleaned or we can customize what needs to be done. If I need to cancel a cleaning one week all I need to do is call the office within a reasonable amount of time and they are very pleasant and accommodating. I give Cathy?s Cleaning Service 5 Stars!

Never use these company to clean your house. They are very unprofessional and they will lie to you to protect thier unprofessional workers. First, the worker will not come on time and then try and sneak a note on your door saying you were not home. Then when you catch them before they leave, they will say they are going to their car to get cleaning supplies and then leave. Worst experience ever! Save yourself and use a different company.
