My hair got CHOPPED on one side on the back, lost about 5 inches and the girl did not have the decency to tell me. It was under my layers so I did not notice right away. I had to find out the day after when I was flat-ironing my hair. I think she thought she was 'texturizing' my hair and used the wrong scissors.



My 2 year old's haircut looked like it was done by a blind person. Hair on the front and back were choppy. It was supposed to be faded, instead, looked like stairs. Missing pieces on the front where strands were just left there.



NEVER EVER going back thats for darn sure. I got my refund the next day but they would not refund the tip.



Worst haircut experience ever!

I scheduled an appointment @ 3:30 for highlight's and at 6:00 P.M. and after two attemps to lighten my hair, I left almost in tears and a head full of white hair!

The Lady who worked on me was a joke, un-trained and a complete loss on what or how to doing. She had me process with one 30 volume bleach for 1 hour then when that was not working washed that off only to put yet another 40 volume bleach on. Whit this I now had diffrent colors in my hair and my hair was burnt. And to make matter worse. she puled all my hair from this frosting cap which gave me 95% of highted hair and not what I wanted



I was told it was closing time and that I'd have to come in at 10 AM in the morning when they opened and the Manager would fit this disaster. The girl who screwed this up, was not working but said she would come in and fixt it if need be, but the Manager knew what to do, I was crying and upset. I was worried about having to go to work on Monday looking like this.

I returned the next morning at 10:00 A.M only to be refused service by the person I'd had been put with and it WAS NOT the manager. I waited 45 mins for them to call someone only to be told the girl that screwed this up was called and made aware of the problem and still refused to come fix my hair.



I had to pay another salon (same company) to put a toner on my hair, but due to the fact I had so much bleach on my hair, my hair had turned a pink and red color. ( I'm normally a brown with blonde high light)



There people don't know what they are doing

Use Old Products on your hair

And Don't give a you know what about the public

And Lie

I would totally stay away form this business period
