        AVOID Key Appliance Repair at all costs. The service was less than adequate and the communication left a lot to be desired. Once Mr. Daly attempted on several occasions to fix my ice maker he offered a partial refund so i can contact someone else who could fix it. We mutually agreed on a refund amount and after being told by Mr. Daly he would be mailing the check, to date i have yet to receive anything from him. In addition, now he won't even return a call or text message. The company doesn't back up what the promote and based on my experience their word doesn't mean anything. You'll be better off finding another company.
