B Cupcakes

I absolutely HATE this shop! I went there to get cupcakes for a friend and I specifically asked for the ones without (nuts, lemon and strawberries). However, I was given the wrong ones and my friend had a terrible reaction to them. It totally ruined her birthday and the owner was not even kind enough to offer a refund over the phone knowing it was THEIR mistake and that I lived 35 minutes away.. Worst experience ever!!! They made us drive back to the store to process a refund and did not even have the decency to speak to me over the phone. Stay away!! The employees don't know what they are doing.
