        Terrible service! After waitin...

        Terrible service! After waiting over 2 hrs and watching the mechanics stand around, for my 29 minute oil change, that was supposed to be free because I bought two tires, it eneded up costing me $18.00. And when they were done, they tried to call my house, even though I was sitting right next to them in the waiting area. I will never do business with Pep Boys again. I would rather pay twice as much and go to competitor.
