I have been in the customer field for over 15 years and I have to say I am appalled at the service I witnessed today. I accompanied my cousin who was just going in to pay for an order that was already set up. The hours on Saturday are until 12pm. It was about 11:45am, the woman already had the door locked and when she came to open it she said "is this going to take long because I have an appointment that I can't miss!" after they were inside, she locked the door again at 11:55am. (Perhaps the closing time on Saturdays should be 11:45am or closed completely.) After announcing the total, my cousin paid and she was to be receiving $4 and some change back. The woman said to her, "Don't you have a dollar?? Because I don't have that much change left." My cousin did state that during the weekdays there is a different person there who is always polite and professional. However, I think I will just stick with Lenscrafters. They are attentive and courteous there no matter the day or time.
