I took my car for inner cleaning on 9/17/2010. Over the phone they gave me an estimate for $99. When I went there, a person looked at the car and said there were stains in the carpet that will cost me extra $34. They said: "we still can take only $99 and we will do the best we can abut the stains with no guarantees for total removal" -- I chose to pay extra to have the stains removed. When I went there to pick up the car I found the carpet extremely dirty (only slightly cleaner than when I left it). All the stains were there ... nothing was removed at all. When I took the car home, I tried to scrub some of the stains with my nails and to my surprise, I found some dirt in my nails which meant that withe a little scrubbing those stains and dirt would have been easily removed. I ended up paying $134.95 + $4.17 Surcharge + $6.75 Tax = $145.87 for a very lousy, lazy, messy cleaning job. By the way, they did not clean the ceiling of the car, the inner glass was dirty, some of the compartments weren't even dusted off, dirt around the transmission stick and more. Don't even try those guys.
