Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

Needed a rubber band for my watch, went into this place and told the guy what I wanted and asked if he could do it. After a few minutes of looking at the watch and looking over the options he told me he could do it and that if I was to pick it up the next day "it will be perfect!". So I agreed and came back the next day to find out the job was not completed. He was apologetic and I told him to call me when it was done. When he called me for pick up he was very professional. Unfortunately the work was not very professional. The watch seemed to have been McGyvered together and some original watch components were damaged. Will never go back there again, Will take my watch for repair somewhere else! Aside from my watch being ruined, the customer service was great.
