I would not recommend this attorney. He purposly damaged my case with his incompetence. I have to live with it. You don't have to make the mistake of hiring this attorney. Look for a respectable law firm. Go to Google, look up and hit more, hit Scholar, type the attorneys name, find the State or Federal court. You can hit advanced stroll down find the Circuit courts for the State your in, then hit search. Try the Attorneys name, the Law firm, you can see what types of cases he does, if he wins, if judges don't give him the time of day. Looks like mcbride belonged to a respectable law fim for a short period. They got rid of him. He is one sorry excuse for a lawyer. These lawyers make a living of ignorant people. Be smart and research.
