        Overall

        Take a good look at the ratings over recent years, the ones based on official inspections. Also see the video of an elderly woman being abused by staff right in the nursing home of Heritage Oaks in Arlington. Then, look at the documentation showing about some other staff involved in not handling the abuse related complaints as required by law. It's surely the worst nursing home I ever researched.

        Horrible Heritage Oaks nursing home of Arlington Texas, is how I could word a sentence about this facility after having many terrible experiences there. Just read facts about abuse at Heritage Oaks in Arlington. See the serious medicare deficiencies.

        Just saw these horrible scumbags on TV. Hope they all fail in life. Do not do business with people who abuse the elderly. Absolutely disgusting company.
