Ten Minute Oil Change

Went there to get a quick oil change, I've been to this location several times, always providing my own oil and still paying full price for the oil change. Arrived and was told that they would not work on my vehicle since during my last oil change someone put tons of silicone around the cap. They were the last place I had my oil change at, and I even showed them the proof. Manager basically called me a liar and told me that he wasn't going to do anything about it. Never suggest, the workers will ruin your car and refuse to fix it.

Had a bad sensor when getting an inspection. Owner tells me to wait and keep driving the vehicle some more and come back and they would reinspect for no charge. Came back and they refused to do it without charging me. Won't be returning. Not a good revenue generation strategy in my view.
