Ultimate Pools

If I could give them -0 stars I would. The lady that answers the phone is rude, argues with you and has no customer service skills. My insurance company hired them to complete a repair on my pool pump. To start off, it has been a total of 3 weeks and my pool pump still isn't fixed! Their first attempt at fixing my pool, the tech didn't have everything he needed to fix the pump! Then, they told me I had to wait another week for them to come back out & fix it! Once they finally came out, the tech left without making sure everything was working fine. And guess what...now I have water shooting out of my pump! After calling to let them know this, the lady that answers the phone, argues with me saying its my fault, not theirs! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS GOING ON 4 WEEKS AND MY PUMP STILL ISN'T FIXED!!!!! And she says it'll be another week before they can come back out to "look" at it!! Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! Anytime you ask to speak to the owner, the lady on the phone says the owner is not around. They have no sense of urgency and no positive customer service. Please do not use these people. Save yourself the headache. Find a reliable company.
