NIGHTMARE! Check with BBB and MHIC. Walked off the job after we paid 70% of the contract. Walls are open to studs, loose electrical wires dangling from ceiling. Job is far from done. Permits were not pulled and none of the work is done to code so it all needs to be redone. The electric is totally unsafe and a fire hazard, the plumbing is dumping raw sewage into our garage.

Wrong bathroom was demo-ed and Frank promised that he would refinish it for us as a courtesy. This "free" bathroom was not finished to code, took 3+ months and was only usable because we gave up on him and finished the work ourselves.

For the work that was done, it is so shoddy it needs to be redone. I have videos I can share--just contact me. See pics for how job was left after 70% payment.
His workers were constantly calling us that he wasn't paying them and demanding money from us. The guys who did demolition and the electrician threatened us because Frank didn't pay them. We have increased security in the house because we live in fear.

Workers were highly unprofessional leaving the job site a mess. They trashed the house, damaged new floors, left huge holes in the ceiling and walls, and live high voltage electrical wires exposed.

In addition, Frank (Faruk) Yildirim suggested we pay him for materials and he'd get them cheaper for us using his contractor discount. He took the money and never delivered materials including a tub and hardwood floors.

He walked off the job claiming he's bankrupt but there is no bankruptcy filing in his names, and he has a new website called SameDayKitchens.com and also goes by Beltway Cabinets. There is a reason you can't find him in the Angies list general search. They've taken him off for mis-use of their badges.

We are questioning whether his references are fake. We know one several YP reviews are posted by Frank. See my Angies list review (if you can find it) with pictures.
