        Overall
        Very honest!

        I thought my locks had to all be replaced, but Anna saved me money by being honest and repairing the broken one. Infact, she even gave me some suggestions over the phone to try repairing the lock myself for free. She could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but instead she educated me. I will recommend her every chance I get!
