Papa's & Beer Mexican Restaurant

The Salsa bar is wonderful and the bean dip for toasted chips is great!
Shredded beef is available for enchiladas.
We're from Houston, TX so we know good mexican food and this restaurant definitely qualifies!

this place is awsome the wait staff is so friendly , you wait time is short wished all restraunt had service like this

Hi. My partner and I eat at this restaurant once a week. The only reason I did not give Papa's and Beer a five star review is because, on one occasion, the waitress brought me the wrong order. (She didn't speak very good English, if at all). Generally speaking, the food has been wonderful and the wait staff always friendly and quite attentive. It seems that within seconds, not minutes, free, fresh tortilla chips and a bean dip are placed on the table upon the clients being seated. There is a free condiment 'bar' where one can load up on delicious, variously colored and flavored dips, from mild to 'packs a great punch.' Most days there are drink specials. Their Monday special, a margarita for 3.75 is ample and delicious, made with first rate alcohols.

The wait staff, when unoccupied, gather together and are always laughing. This only adds to the pleasant atmosphere.
