I showed up early for my appointment, handed over my insurance card at the desk. They called me up and told me that mt insurance would need a referral to cover them. I was slightly put out that i was not told this at the time of setting the appointment. I called my insurance after i left and i was informed that they do NOT need a referral. When i called the office back they said that "they thought it was weird that my card didn't say referral required like other cards do" but informed me that they could not "squeeze me in" anymore since it was 20 minutes past my appointment time. Terrible experience, would never go there again.
