I needed to pickup my vehicle when I was in a bind and one owners, Jason, assisted me and was incredibly, patient and helpful. The storage and lot staff was also very kind and quick to help me get back on the road.

-Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, inhumane, nasty --with protection of being over the phone. Erin and Rachel are very John Cena via phone.
-Upon arriving one must stay in a Zika-fly invested room after calling a # on a wall like an illegal for 1.5 hours before anyone arrives
-Claim to charge $40 for having "wiped clean" all you property as soon as vehicle arrives on their lot for "safekeeping in case vehicle was broken into"
-Erin later contradicts herself by stating her guy was NOW "clearing the car so it will take a while" interesting
-Wants you to sign documents stating that you received all your belongings and will not hold them liable for anything missing, BEFORE actually seeing and inspecting your property
-Will NOT give you a copy of said doc (so they can add & subtract as needed) --will object to you taking a picture of what you signed.
-DONT SIGN, that is your legal right. Call the police. It is theft at that point.
-Wants $40 money order BEFORE you see/inspect your items
