Door Installation/Replacement
A group of business leaders acquired the H Window Company’s US operation in 2001, and relocated to Wisconsin’s North Shore where continual investments in automated machinery and equipment led to new levels of achievement in quality and consistency. Additional product lines were developed to create a comprehensive and well coordinated set of solutions for window and door openings.

New Construction
In 1987 the H Window Company launched in Monticello, MN to test whether the innovative reversible window system would find the same success in the North American market as it had in the European market. The company slowly grew as the aluminum/wood composite window gained acceptance and notoriety for its functionality and quality. H Window and their trained authorized dealer network became trusted suppliers for commercial and residential projects in new construction and renovations in the Upper-Midwest as well as many major cities throughout the United States.

Landscaping and Fencing

Landscaping
On the lakeside level, a pair of nearly 42 foot-wide six-paneled Euro Lift & Slide doors connect the interior courtyard to the yard and shoreline. Extending the living spaces to the outdoors, the home’s architectural design -in harmony with the cultivated landscape design- provide a stunning experience of the natural landscape.

Window Installation/Replacement

The elegant aesthetics of our windows and doors are rooted in highly intentional engineering that has made us the provider of choice for architects and building owners throughout the United States.
Siding
The 19 new cabins are a departure from gabled forms but retain the wooden materiality and forest views. The Rice Pod (small), Nest (medium), and Treehaus (large) cabins all orient towards Lake Superior through large direct-set windows placed in black paneled façades. The un-finished cedar siding will fade to silvery grey hues as it weathers which, over time, will blend in with the clear-anodized aluminum window frames. In the Nest and Rice Pods, large awning windows on each side of the buildings promote natural ventilation through cross breeze.
