        The best service I've had in Ashtabula in a long time. If they can't help you they will set you in the right direction love that little store , thank you folks.

        Excellent service. I had taken my vacuum to be fixed. I at first thought they were trying to scam me when they claimed that several parts were broken. They informed me that were going to call the company as the vacuum was under warranty and felt they could fix it for free. They did not fix it but instead replaced my vacuum for free. I guess the parts would be too much to have fixed and replacing was cheaper. I was not expecting that at all and was greatly and wonderfully surprised. I will definitely go back to them to have my appliances fixed.
