J C Management

The only way you can get JCManagement to do their work and get your money working is by calling their favorite number 311. They hate when you call the city on them. Is the only way they stop playing games with tenants.

Absolutely the worst Management company!! There is a letter on my door from conedison that states that the electric and gas for the building has not been paid in over 5 months and they are suspending service. I received a letter from a locksmith that fixed one of our doors, that I am now responsible for payment of service after Armin made it clear he would not pay him. THe locksmith resorted to super gluing the front door keyhole so we cant enter the building. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth and you have to litlerly be willing to take them to court to make sure the building is safe and up to code. They are also operating as COCO realty LLC. Beware.

I have contacted JC Management 5 times regarding my rodent/cockroach infestation, scalding hot water and stove that doesn't work. They refuse to respond to my inquiries. Totally unprofessional. Lisa, Chris claim that the only person that can respond to any of my issues has an emergency and can't respond. Well I have an emergency and I don't pay to hear about yours, you get paid to fix MY emergency. It's been months, do your job.

The way this company operates makes my life easy. They are diligent in their responsibilities and my tenant retention is great! Vacancy is down which makes me one happy camper.

JC Mgmt has always been good to me; they are consistently professional and easy to deal with. I've had some typical issues like everyone does with needing things fixed occasionally but they have always been very quick to fix any issue! Thanks so much for everything!

The more I think about it, the more I realize that J.C. Management is one of the best management companies I have ever worked with.

I have been involved with this company for several years now being a board member, and I can say that J.C. Management services has been pleasant to work with.

They were able to accommodate me with a monthly arrangement while I was in escrow with 2 homes. I ended up being a few months and during the time I was always able to get maintenance or questions answered. Thanks again for everything!

I live in a decent building, heat in the winter, regular repairs, common areas maintained. The management company is easy enough to contact for repairs and does them in a reasonable amount of time. No problems here.

The relationship between J.C Management and the board I'm on has been positive. They have a great attitude and are very motivated to get things done. They respond well to any issues we have and the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend J.C. Management because of my good experience.
