AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE! I made a 1st time visit for an oil change because they are so close. Had to make an appointment which was cool. While my vehicle was up on the rack, they showed me the left 1/2 axle boot pushed back at an angle with white grease around the left transaxle shaft and wheel well. (I found out later that axle grease is black not white!) I took the bait and had Louetta make the repair. They ended up having to replace the axle twice due to failure of seating the snap ring on 1st axle installation. They charged me over $300 for this. I asked them to be sure to top off the auto transmission fluid after the 2nd repair because of losing some fluid during the course of installation. They failed to do this resulting in faulty over-revving & shifting, and a check engine light coming on. I also noticed a vibration when accelerating. I took my Honda across town to mechanics I've known for 30 years. They found: A) low auto transmission fluid; and B) a bad axle, supposedly just replaced new by Louetta Automotive. So had to replace the axle again, a 3rd time. Cost from my mechanics was $177. This little nightmare with these incompetents (or crooks) @ Louetta Automotive cost me almost $750 in repairs and rental cars. Their shop looks nice & clean and has all the righteous "Value statements". They are friendly and wonderful and nice. But in reality they are outrageously expensive and - while I can't prove it of course - I think they sabotaged my vehicle for return repairs. STAY AWAY!! P.S. If you are not mechanically inclined and own a Honda, and need a place you can trust, I highly recommend "C&M Honda" in South Houston. I should have gone to them to begin with.
