It is 995 Gaines School rd..although we never see them much anymore it looks like they haven't vacated...but no electricity is on??? I too have had the displeasure of being ripped off by James. I gave him $900 cash upfront to get a surprise birthday present for my husband- A ready to go- gassed up, helmet and scooter..timed exactly as my husband, Dr. Burke, got to our Health Practice that day right before 12 noon, before leading a health seminar I was going to WOW him. ( I spoke of this for a month and he promised it would be NO problem. I was soooooo excited. My husband always wanted a scooter, I was too chicken and I call him Mr. Magoo and believe it or not, there is a Mr Magoo Scooter! So, it is like 11:30 I go to find James ( two doors down) and he is working on something else in his office and nothing is complete and the parts of the scooter that are put together are terribly scratched. I feel sick.I break down crying. I feel bad for James ruining it and disappointing me. My husband comes looking for me to co-lead the seminar and finds me next to the scooter in James office crying - I say "surprise" through my upset and tears- "this was going to be your present and I am so sorry". The total cost James quoted me for this deal to be sealed upon delivery Oct 8 was1200$- I have the last $300 in my pocket and I reserve it until I have the bike and helmet ready to go.. I remind him of his original promise- which was perfect or no deal at all. ( It is not like we NEED a scooter)First he just keeps repeating "Well I don't know...." "Hmmmm" "Sheesh,What happened?" and then when I insist on him telling me something with regards to accountability- he insists he just will call the company- Peace Industries- and that it must have been their fault and he would get a new one...What is the date today? Yes, I have no scooter, no $900. We have approached him several times and he has to go...Hasn't heard from the company...His young daughter got lost the other day and was looking for him for 1/2 hr so came into our practice to stay warm. She called him many times from all of our lines and texted him too. He showed up and ran out. That is the only reason I have this latest number...sooo He has been bantering only by text last night and today- saying God Bless me...denying everything! He wants to offer me a discount 0f $30 to pay him UPFRONT to "get a new scooter". I have said umpteen times that I am willing to help him and let him get the new one (instead of the cash back- ) but I need to see perfect goods before I give him more money to run away with He keeps changing stories, truths and I am going to have to go to court- I know I would win- I have pictures/texts from the get go etc..but he has a very large family and I believe that he is just desperate, not evil and I have a practice to run, kids to enjoy etc..to sink in the time. Things like this really put a damper on "help thy neighbor". I believe people should be held to account but when it becomes such a time consuming thing it is easier to say forget it... but too many people have been messed with doing business with him and I want to prevent that. Unfortunately, I went with a handshake, didn't check his business references...now this is like the forth bad reference I have come across- If you choose to do business with James- and it may change again to another type- another place-(he did mention going mobile) ...actually I was going to give parameters..but at this point I cannot recommend it at all..I will amend this if he actually makes good on his promise. ( Obviously not the original- that was 2 1/2 months ago) but if he delivers me anything of value. This is my first negative review ever. Hopefully my last.And hopefully will be fixed. This Buisness which is catagorized wrong on YP is not a Jehovah Witness Church but infact is running itself as a Electronics repair place for TV's/Computers/Cell Phones is right there on Hancock Ave. This is where I had the severe displeasure of doing buisness with them. James Walker the owner was unable to fix the phone I sent his way and infact the phone came out damages beyond repair after he was done. I also purchased a phone which I did not recieve and had to go to my bank to dispute the money he charged for a phone he refused to provide. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal with which he conducts his transactions and filed another complaint with the local BBB. Please beware when doing Buisness here! Dont ever pay for any of his work or products upfront.

I first meant the owners about a year ago. They are very professional and knowledgeable about computers and varies other tech. My husband and I bought two refurbished laptops...they both went down, within the first month. They were fixed immediately, and returned to us, the same day. For the price we paid, I didn't expect such great service....bottom line, I will continue to do business, with this company.
