Do not contact me again except to reimburse me my warrenty money that I paid. I waited 3 wks to have someone come into my home and tell me they would not touch it because it couldn't have gotten that way overnight. It had worked up until the time it needed the repair. my son in law took it apart to vacuum it out He left it apart. The repair did not do anything but take a picture and talk to his supervisor. I will not use Sears again. He told me I would be reimbursed the money. I want a check do not give me credit on the card because I am tearing it up. I am very disappointed in demise of another longstanding company

Great!! My agitator needed repairs and the repair man arrived and fix the washer and now it is washing the clothes and agitating properly like it should.

Great job. Came in and looked over the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very pleased!!!

Great job on refrigerator dish washer freezer and dryer. Couldn't ask for better service and it's local..would use them again.

The repairman was very thorough and completed the task in a timely manner. We are so glad to have a service agreement covering this GE brand appliance as this manufacturer does not make quality products as they used to.

As usual the repairman was excellent and professional in getting the repair done to our satisfaction. Will use again.
