Marilyn Miller, CPA, is a co-owner , CPAs. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan College. Her areas of expertise include tax preparation and planning for all types of entities, including individuals, small and large businesses, trusts, and estates. She also has extensive experience in auditing, consulting, bookkeeping, payroll services, and financial and retirement planning. Marilyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the boards of the Etowah City Schools, Etowah Housing Authority, and Woods Memorial Hospital. She is very involved at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. on the boards of the Etowah City Schools, Etowah Housing Authority, and Woods Memorial Hospital Jason McPhail, CPA, co-owner ,CPAs, is a lifetime resident of southeast Tennessee. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan College. His professional experience includes working at both a national and regional accounting firm. He developed a strong and diverse background in tax compliance and consulting in a variety of industries. His primary areas of expertise include construction, manufacturing, private equity groups, Internal Revenue Service representation, and individual tax planning ;Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
