Mother has had two occurrences of bowel obstruction. We were very fortunate that Dr Sumida was on call when we brought Mother in the first time. He had to operate once and worked with us to resolve the second case. Dr Sumida doesn't rush into surgery unless it is really necessary. I would absolutely recommend him. We love him.

I used Dr. Sumida when I needed my gallbladder removed. Went for a consultation with him, and had surgery the next day. There are VERY little wait times at his office (at least the two times I was there), and had me in the operating room an hour before I was scheduled to be in there. i HIGHLY recommend him!
