TERRIBLE customer service experience. After leasing a washer and paying cash, the did not show up to deliver. Later they called and said they could not contact my references (how many people answer their phones from an unknown number?). When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't because they "didn't have cash in the store." It was $70. Not a thousand. I finally had to call corporate, the ones responsible for issuing the franchise agreement, and then suddenly the store found the cash and paid me within an hour. I do NOT recommend anyone do business there! I got a better deal at the "other" rental center in town anyway, and they delivered it within 2 hours.

I know I worked there...first off when they return items from houses they are sometimes infested with roaches and they do not clean them properly.. they bring them rite in off the truck to the ware house.. in my opinion I would not rent or but any thing there. And the manager is only about getting money and treats his customer's poorly. Plus he was a big a hole to work for. Any way try rent a center very clean place and much better deals TRUST ME thanxs :)
