Biltong Bar

While in Biltong Bar I almost forgot I was in Ponce City Market! The vibe is really casual yet lively with music and people. The South African jerky is great to munch on with cocktails for a first date or to just hang out with friends. I don't know much about jerky so I would make sure to ask questions and let them make recommendations for you based on your taste.

Biltong is South African beef jerky, except it's more lean and supposedly more healthy. All I know is it is damn delicious! I usually get it with the fat off and the peri-peri seasoning. This place also serves tasty popcorn and great cocktails--it's a great spot before grabbing a full dinner elsewhere at Ponce City Market.
