Notice: Do NOT do business with Wisdom Property Management in Atwater. I hate to make this claim because the girls in the office are absolutely amazing, however Louise Wisdom is a total scam artist, con, and talks down on her tenants. Louise felt the need to take advantage of us and we got back less than 25% of our deposit. We even have friends of ours living in that house now. We should have never done business with such a corrupt family. She even hung up on me when I called her to let her know how I felt about doing business with them. Way to go Louise, you've proven your family name.

Bad customer service! The lady that always answers the phone seems to hate her job! Seems to always have an attitude!! They take for ever to take care of maintenance of the property they manage! & they have a million & one excuses as to why they couldn't complete it in a timely manner! I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone!!!! The worst one I've ever had to deal with!!!!

We went in to the office in July 2014. We were very interested in a certain house and we were putting the applications in, we gave her our 25$ fee for it. The lady at the front desk, She was being very rude, rolling her eyes and giving us attitude. A week later we called asking about the application, (because they don't like to call you back)and she came back with saying they couldn't get a credit score on me because apparently my social THEY put in kicked back saying I'm deceased, then said they couldn't help me until I fixed the problem. Come to find out THEY put my social wrong! And when we confronted her she was being completely rude to me, bad mouthing my family, and giving so much attitude, they wouldn't even refund my money! I do NOT recommend anyone, ANYONE renting from this property management! Very rude and unprofessional!!
