Tiger Town to Go

They suck. 1 star is being way too nice. More like -5 stars. TERRIBLE. I’ve gotten wrong orders after wrong orders. Too expensive to be getting the wrong meal delivered to you. Pathetic. Im going to bed hungry because they got my dinner meal messed up. No more business for youTiger Town To Go.

Absolutely worst service I've ever had hands down. They canceled my first order because my phone auto entered my info and my address was out side of the miles. Instead of contacting me, they just took my credit card info and left me hanging. I called an hour later to correct the problem after I realized the issue when they failed to reach out to me about it. So they had to redo my order, and everything else all over again. So I placed my original order at 4:40pm with expected arrival at 5:12pm. Now it is 6:25 and I still have no food. I contacted them AGAIN with them to say the food establishment was holding them up. After two more phone calls and promises of my food arriving BEFORE my store closing at 8pm, it finally got to my store. At 8:08pm, half of the food wrong, and no drink. My food was SUPPOSED to be $13 and some change. But when I checked my bank account, they charged TWO transactions, one of $15+ and a separate one $4+. NEVER AGAIN.

Was a bit dissapointed. Food arrived quickly but wasn't hot. They left off the drinks but returned with them promptly and even brought an extra. Didn't include any silverware or napkins which wasn't a big deal since I was at home but could be a problem if you're at the office or somewhere else. They were friendly and its a newer business so probably just glitches. I'll use them again unless this turns out to be a common problem.

I think the price is very reasonable. They are literally exact to the minute on their delivery time. We have ordered multiple times from them and are always pleased with their service.
