        Our services include: 1. Finding a tenant for y our property. A. Advertising - Auburn Journal (3 days a week) and craigslist. B. Verifying employment, landlord, credit and eviction report. 2. Collecting all rents 3. Sending out a monthly accounting of your finances and a 1099 at the end of the year. 4. Taking all repair calls and complaints from your tenant, no matter what time of day. 5. Calling and scheduling vendors or insurance claims. 6. Providing all notices that may need to be served.
