The Sprinkling Can

My boyfriend had problems with the website so he ended up calling. They dropped the most important part of the message, didn't put on the bow, didn't use all of the flowers in the description, it arrived with flowers falling out of vase and was about half the size of what was shown in picture. I had to call back twice to get any kind of resolution and come to think of it they weren't very friendly.
Their excuse was that it was Valentines Day. They did offer a 40% refund off of the base price, not the total price. The next time I want a cheap flower arrangement I will just go to Walmart!

The flowers were beautiful (or so I was told) but they ruined the surprise by calling ahead to make sure my friend was going to be home. Eventhough there is a spot on the order page that says "delivery instructions" and I wrote "If they are not home, leave them on the porch," ( I knew she'd be home, she was sick hence the "Get Well" card)they still called. Grr. I guess it's the thought that counts, but if you want the flowers to be a surprise, DO NOT use The Sprinkling Can.
