this place is a complete and total joke, me and my wife went here to purchase a 2011 chevrolet silverado single cab and spent a total of 5 hours putting in our application, getting "supposidly approved" we even negotiated our payments they told us our interest rate. We signed the contracts and paperwork and "Everything was good" as we were told. Drove off with my nice new truck only to get a phone call 2 weeks later stating that there was a problem with my financing and that I needed to return the truck or it would be repoed and as like any consumer would do we asked what is needed for us to keep the truck. when we asked about putting an additional $2000 down they jumped at the idea of course but because i didnt feel like i was being done right i refused to give these crooks another dime of money. So after 2 days worth of threats and rude finance people i decided to just turn the truck in and get my down payment back and void everything. I would not step foot on this Dealerships lot ever again due to their hideous tatics and procedures. They dont expain anything in detail. However we did end up at gerald jones (Volkswagon, honda and audi) and the sales people are outstanding along with finance dept. They didnt put one once of pressure on us and was more than willing to help us with our vehicle purchase they even provided me and my wife lunch thats how outstanding Gerald Jones is. If you do decide to check out those crooks at milton ruben might want to stay clear of Ashley in their finance dept and the manager is not any better.
