The associate Katelyn went out of her way to help me and assit me with gewtting a good price on my daugters and my glasses.

my brothernlaw came here from thailand where he had a lot of problems with optical companies my wife and i took him to stanton optical we were all very pleased with
everything, thanks to everyone at stanton optical.

I went for eye exam on 12/30/17. I was told my glasses would be ready in 10-14 business days. I ask the staff for expected date for pick up but was told there was none. Finally I received a voice mail on Wednesday Jan. 10 2018 saying my glasses were ready for pick up. I arrived at the store on 1/13/17 to pick up glasses and was told the glasses did not pass inspection on arrival to there in house lab and was returned to the outside lab to be redone. I live an hour away and had driven to the Stanton thinking my glasses were there. No one ever called to inform me that the glasses had been shipped back to the lab. I ask when my glasses would be ready and they told me in 10-14 days. It is now Feb. 1st and I called Stanton optical in Augusta today to check on my glasses and was told that my glasses had come in did not pass inspection and had been sent back to the lab again. I then called the Stanton Optical Corporate office and ask for a refund. She referred me back to the Augusta store manager. The manager called and told me that they could give me a temporary pair of glasses until my glasses were ready. I explained that I have worn glasses for several years now and had never had this must trouble or having to wait this long for my glasses. I reminded her this was the second time the glasses had been returned. She said my glasses were returned only once on Jan. 19th which is complete opposite of what the other store personal had been telling me. I ask her to explain the refund policy for Stanton optical and was told she was the general manager and I would need to speak with the store manager who was not there but could call him tomorrow. I have gotten a different account from everyone I have spoken with. I have the feeling I will never see any of the $747.00 that was paid by me and my insurance plan. This is my first and last time I will ever use this company.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a "professional" service. Starting with the exam. The prescription was all wrong when I went to pick up my glasses and I had to be sent back to the Dr. He tried to blame it on some phantom medical condition even though I assured him that I didn't contract any illnesses in the time between the exam and picking up my glasses.
Then a few weeks after picking up the glasses the nose piece fell off. Just recently one lense separated from the frame and I was told, "it is 2 months past the warranty." Which it really isn't if you count when I actually received the right prescription. Then they said they would take 20% off new frames as they don't carry mine anymore.
I left and will spread the word not to use them!

I think your commercials is condoning bullying. You bulky one person for the color and shape of their glasses. Embarrassing the person. Please reconsider your advertising. ..

They were great. Told me things about my old glasses I didn't know and have me the best new glasses. Got two for the price of one! The gentle David who helped me was the best!! He was so nice and helpful and never left my side bc I was new to the company and made me feel appreciated and feel as if I were the only customer there. The opthometrist was so nice and great also. They were all nice. Thank you all for a great experience. I work retail and customer service and that was great customer service.

7 trips 8 hours of my time wasted to get single vision glasses that were never done right. Never never do business with them again.

Customer service is horrific. Also it took extremely long to receive my glasses. Avoid this atrocious business, don't waste your time.

We went to Stanton Optical and from the very beginning, told them that we wanted an eye exam for the express purpose of ordering eyeglasses online. A the very end of the process my wife asked for the segment height as this is a necessary measurement for ordering glasses. She was told that they do not give that out to people because they would order them online and get substandard products. She asked for the manager and the manager stated that the girl at the counter was new and should not have told her that. At that point we simply left. I own a business in the next block and have for 20 years. I will not ever set foot in Stanton Optical, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
