We are an adults only gym. If you are a 40 something, professional, with kids, a career, very competitive, health focused, and demanding of targeted training at an adult level and intensity then we might be your best choice in the city. We are focused on skills, programming for flexibility, strength and endurance. We cater to adults who don't need the aggressive, do it at any cost, exercise that scares people away from CrossFit. And since CrossFit was always intended to be a skills, consistency, intensity based level of training across multiple modalities we are more like classically trained musicians than a garage band... We offer training for adults by adults. Our typical client is 35-60. If that's you, then step up to the plate and work towards the healthy rest or your life!
