Firestone Complete Auto Care

Manager Patrick Ecesedy very rude and unprofessional customer service. I made my appt a week ago when I arrived the sales guy tells me they don't have my tires in stock. That I could leave the car and they would have it set the next day. I stated how is that possible why wasn't I notified as you have my order on file with the Article nbr. He stated that he can't see that only my name. Sure, Lie #1. I also asked for a discount due to the inconvenience he said he would talk to the manager and it will be all set when I come to pay. So I was upset but left my car as I didn't have time to find another place. Then I go back and say I rather just bring my car tomorrow the sales guy said Oh we found your tires at another location and will have your car ready by 5p and I said good but don't forget the discount for the wait. Lie #3. Then I get a call at 2p saying car is done. I make a third trip back thinking all is good. Wrong! I get there and no discount for the inconvenience so the same sales guy says let me talk to the manager really? So Mr Ecsedy comes out and states "A discount, I drove all the way to Castle Rock and got your tires and done in a timely matter and IS THAT NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU! Seriously? I explained no as I was told my tires aren't there and my appt was made a week ago and I arrived at my time, that was upsetting. He gave me half off the labor charge. Plus if he did drive to Castle Rock he got mileage pay on top of it. Then I get home after being glad he at least did that when they could of just gave me the next up tires that they had in stock and saved the aggravation but then I find out I was over charged any ways as they never gave me the 15% coupon discount and they stapled the coupon to my receipt and never when over their courtesy check with me or gave me my tire warranty Maintenance and Safety manual. So, I called before they closed and they agreed they over charged me so basically not only upset over the poor service and the rudeness of the manager and the lies I have to make a 4th trip to the store tomorrow and when I asked for the area manager's name and phone the guy on the phone said he didn't know it. Seriously not treated professionally or cared that I chose them for business. I have never gotten poor service from Firestone ever that's why I chose to use them again. Not ever again, I think I will go to Goodyear now on!!!

I went there two times and I realized their business method. I had a brake service done and I had the headlight assembly replaced. In the case of headlight assembly, manager wanted to charge me extra labor for replacing a ballast after he had already exposed everything and it involved undoing 3 small screws and screwing it back on. I argued and didn't get charged but that was ridiculous. $99 brake service became $430 and $300 headlight assembly job became over $600. They will bring up something that is related issue and there's no way for an average consumers to figure out and then they charge you. They will replace and convince you to do the work that seems to be unnecessary. I went here because it's close to where I live and I regret it. Their standard operating procedure is find an excuse to make customer pay more. Very dishonest business. I will never visit here again. Not even for a tire. Please avoid.
