Swedish Massage
Swedish massage. This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping. It helps you feel relaxed and energized.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, which is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back and shoulder tightness.

I am so happy to be be in a field which allows me to immerse myself in the subjects that I love; anatomy physiology, and neuroscience. In a massage session I use a seamless fusion of different techniques that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Stretches. These are tailored to address the specific issues of the patient. Also, I am a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist.
Therapeutic Exercise
Lindstrom Chiropractic Clinic offers an exercise ball class. So get on the ball for a healthier back. We offer both beginning and advanced stability ball training classes. These classes are designed to improve the strength of your trunk (core) musculature. Clients who have attended these classes on a regular basis have found an improvement in their posture, balance, work endurance, daily life activities, and athletic performance. Best of all, this class is FUN!

Our billing department is very efficient filing your medical health insurance claims. We also handle Medicare, Workersâ€™ Compensation and Personal Injury. We are a preferred provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, United Healthcare, Aetna, CIGNA, Humana and HFN (City of Aurora).
