The worst cab company in the world! I don't know how they are still in business! They are rude for no reason. When I called he told me call back when I'm ready! I told him over and over again I will be and he insists I call back when I just told him I would be ready he then hung up on me! I was in utter shock! This place needs to be burned down

Rude cab driver,this man gets mad because he didn't have change for bill and told me I should of said something before I got in the cab, but any other would have the change. Not only that the cab smelled like cigarettes and the back seat filled with dog hair. Never again

Went with this cab company for a while but then they had started to be late picking me up to go to work and I had to call my workplace and tell them i would be late because the cab was late; and so I had also called the cab company in which the owner had yelled at me over the phone then another time the cab was picking me up from work and he was honking the horn like mad and i was late from getting off from work then i went into the back to get my things came back out front saw that the cab had left; I had then called the cab company asking why the cab left and the owner told me he went on another run and he would return in half hour and I had customers in my line before i had gotten off from work so i explained why i ran late then of course the owner started yelling & screaming at me over the phone like mad. honestly a very bad experience overall never go with this company; or A Cab because they own both those companies.

This is by far the most rude customer service i have ever delt with. the owner just cussed me out for asking him to meet me on the corner of elmwood and galena blvd. i was at jaliscos tacos and there are multiple jaliscos tacos so i told him elmwood and galena thinking this was ok when he said we dont pick up on street corners (ive had them pick up on street corners before) and i said jaliscos tacos he said and i quote dont play f*****g games with me. to which i then actually apologized and said i wasnt trying to be rude!! then he continued to curse at me! i was dumbfounded! i literally couldnt believe it, i had to ask him if was being serious, i thought i had the wrong number for a second or something, when i asked to speak with the manager he cursed at me more and told me i am the owner. this is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any business ever. i called another cab service after and asked them to meet me at elmwood and galena and the graciously accepted without any quarrel or fuss. there are better services in aurora i suggest you use any one of them besides Montgomery cab or A cab as they also go by.

Rude service, was put off after a few minutes on the phone with dispatch, wouldn't want to deal with him ever again.
