I am very disappointed in the costumer service i have received this past week. I Purchased a garbage sticker on Tuesday October 2nd and placed it on my garbage can that night. It rained over night the next day my garbage was not collected. I expected that they must have accidentally missed it. There were no messages left for me on the container and the garbage sticker was still on the garbage can. I called on Wednesday an the costumer service representative told me it might have been a mistake or that maybe i didn't place a sticker on the garbage can I told her that I have a receipt to prove that I had just purchased it Tuesday night. Then she told me they were not able to pick it up until the next week. I asked to speak to someone else and only by doing that she was able to get someone to come out to pick it up on Friday. It rained again on Wed and Thursday night. Friday she called me again and insisted that the reason they were not able to pick up the garbage was due to the sticker being used. I told her once again that my sticker was never used and I have a receipt to prove that I had just purchased it Tuesday night I told her that I would be able to send her the receipt by fax. By Friday it had already rained 2-3 times. The sticker may have been a little bit weathered but I picked up my garbage can on Friday and removed the sticker that is still in tact not torn or any damage to it at all. Is it not the garbage mans job to remove and tear the sticker! there for leaving stickers to not be used over again. Doesn't this tell you that my sticker was not being reused if it is still on the can in perfect condition. If the garbage man picked up my garbage on the scheduled pick up date and time I would not have this problem right now. I have a receipt I have my sticker and I also have a can full of garbage. I think that this is an inconvenience to me and my family to have to deal with one mistake of the garbage man not picking up my trash and then returning a second time to inform me that the sticker was used. If it was a mistake than I believe that it should have been corrected instead of this occurring I have some one calling me telling me that my sticker is used. There is no way that I would go through all of this trouble and to this extent if I had a used sticker on my garbage can. It does not make any sense. The reason why this is an issue is because they made a mistake and this company did not correct the issue right away. What is the point of having customer service! So now I have to purchase another sticker and of course the company will benefit from this in some way. I know that I am not the first nor will I be the last person to have this done to them. It is completely unnecessary for these types of situations to occur!

We were levied two $30.00 fees and two $5.00 fees. They were rude, uncaring, and would not adequately explain why their fees were equal to highway robbery. They said I never contacted them, come on, would they continue my service if I hadn't? They are not doing their job and you pay for it.
