        Returns are a joke

        Bought a extra battery case for an iPhone. The case worked for 3 hours and wouldn't charge. We attempted numerous times to return the item, but store policy states "a manager must do the return". Finally we saw a different salesperson today who was willing to call the manager and resolve our problem over the phone. Took 4 trips to the mall, and we won't be back.
