        Very Unprofessional

        Very unprofessional. A major rip off. This doctor took payment from me for $440 in April 2010. Now end of sept he has yet to deliver my contacts and refuses to refund my money. Both his staff and himself are very rude, arrogant, and refuse to return phone calls or emails.
