I just have to give extreme kudos to the realtor, Tyson Davis at Habitat Hunters! I recently teamed up with him in search of the 'perfect' house, not only for me, but for my partner who was at the time still living in the U.K. And on top of that, we didn't exactly have the easiest list of criteria for someone to go by.



To make a long story short, this guy bent over backwards for me. He took the pressure off of having to look for two people, gave me endless options to view, would answer any question or concern I had, regardless if at early morning or late night (I was a total repeat offender) and really just had a infectious and cheery disposition.



So house or apartment hunters out there.....look no further, if you want someone who genuinely cares about getting you exactly want you want and makes the ride an enjoyable experience rather than one that makes your hair fall out........then this is your guy!!

If I were to describe Habitat Hunters owner, Jody Lockshin, in one word it would be "dedicated." Jody is by far the most dedicated person I know, let alone Realtor. Jody's dedication is by far miles and miles above the rest. She is dedicated to her clients. She always makes sure she is looking out for their best interest and well-being first. Whether she is working with seasoned investors or first time buyers the treatment is the same. She literally works what seems to be 24/7. I often wonder when she finds time to sleep. Jody does it all. Buying, selling, leasing, commercial property, tax value disputes with the county, expert witness testimony, all while running one of the most successful and tenured companies in Austin. As her client, you would never know this. You will think you are her only client, which is the way it should be. In a time where most Realtors are just "door openers" looking for a quick commission, you need to make sure you have your interests protected. Jody is one of the few people in the industry that you can trust to do so. I send her as many referrals as possible. She is the best! Thank you Jody for all you do!
