Brian, the owner of Music Masters is a great communicator, and a great piano technician. We were looking for a specific grand piano and he gave us very comprehensive review on all the models. Instead of push for higher profit for more expensive models, he actually recommended a piano that gives us the best quality/price ratio. We are extremely satisfied with his service and will continue to refer our friends to his business.
I have no words to express how helpful Brian was when it came to purchasing our family piano!
Though I played for many years when I was younger, this was my first piano purchase. I researched pianos on the internet, I visited many of Austin's music stores and piano dealers and instead of finding what I wanted (some clarity) I just became more confused than ever.
Then I found Musicmasters Piano Service! Brian walked me through everything. Explained in detail the differences between all the pianos he had as well as other pianos I had looked at. Instead of a sales man Brian was more of a teacher and when my final choice was made I felt confident that this would be the best piano for us. I can't thank him enough and have already told several friends about him.

Provided by SuperpagesExpert Piano tuning! Musicmasters are trained piano technicians who actually play the piano! Our grand piano was really out of tune and they tuned it not by a machine, but with Years and Years of experience. Knowledgeable and reliable.

Provided by SuperpagesOur boys have taken piano and music theory lessons from Brian and Jeannie Henselman (owners of Musicmasters Piano Service) for over 4 years and we have been very pleased and impressed with the quality of lessons and tuning service that they offer. They have detected problems with our piano before it became an expensive repair and have always tried to service it as inexpensively as possible yet with high quality expertise. They are not the cheapest lessons in town but it has been our experience that you get what you pay for. Their lesson prices are moderately high but we have found that they are well worth the investment. Over the years we have developed a high level of respect and appreciation of the quality of service and teaching that they offer. We highly recommend them!

Many years ago they helped us purchase a used piano that they have continued to service and advise us on over the years. This included two cross country moves to and from the Austin area. They also have an exceptional teaching studio that addresses and reinforces theory as the underlying framework of music and offers many opportunities for local and national performances. But what makes it extra special is the care and concern for each student coupled with a classical music curriculum to meet individual needs and preferences. In all respects, this business is extraordinary!
