I went to get my bottom lip pierced from the lady TIna at Ressurrection Tattoos. I called several places looking for a good price. Everyone was above $55 dollars except for Ressurrection Tattoos. They only charged $30. I found out why they are so much cheaper. I had called before I went in. Tina was very short and seemed rude and not very informative or she just didnt care. I showed up and sat in the front very visible it took her at least 10 min to even aknowledge the fact that i was there. I asked why they were so much cheaper the Male (I think he was the owner) said because of the jewelry then he started to mumble and trailed off pretending to have been preoccupied. I went in the back with Tina and she was very shaky and nervous either she didnt know what she was doing (which in this case shoud not have been aloud to pierce until properly trained). Or she was under the influence There was also guy smoking inside the shop while I was there. She had dropped the jewelry on the floor so the needle and clip was hanging from my lip while she was scrounging on the ground she found it and was gonna try to use it again! She saw the look on my face and said ill get a new one. She got it through and it took her a good 15 minutes to get the ball on she kept shaking and it was twisting my lip which after all of this was hurting pretty bad. She gave me no care insrtuctions didnt hardly say 5 words to me. the whole time- I went to another shop and asked the guy to look at it he told me she had pierced it wrong and it was in an angle thats why the metal was cutting through my lip.

I have gotten all my tattoos and piercings at Ressurection Tattoos. They price much cheeper, they quote you on your tatt, they dont charge by the hour. I got a solid tribal design on my back, a 4 1/2 hour job done for $250! That was my first tattoo and after that i have had the same guy, Roger, do all of mine: my back, both arms half sleeved and even a free one on my calf. They are very friendly and cool and most reasonable and provide great advice and feedback and touchups are always free! Piercings are much cheeper too, I have had 9 piercings from them. They have really grown since the last time I was there and for good reason. With them there is no need to worry about the cold shoulder or rudeness.

I got my first tattoo 2 days ago here. I walked in and they were very nice, friendly, and professional. I was really scared... but my tattoo artist, AJ, talked me through the whole thing! I recommend them for piercings too. :)
