Worst then I thought, over a year after having this camper now I found out that the whole roof needs to be replaced. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. The repairman said it was the worst roof he had seen and he had worked on some very old campers. I know you buy as is however there is a thing called integrity this man does not have that he knew I was going to live in this camper and he flat out lied to my face and told me everything worked and everything was in good condition BIG BIG LIE this man knew what he was doing and he did not do the right thing. The people who write good reviews on this man just got lucky. People who write bad reviews do not make these things up, and we do it to possibly help the next person. When I bought this camper I did not do enough reading on the reviews and I felt as if I could trust this man big big mistake. The one thing that I do believe is karma is real and I am sure this man is getting his as all he had to do was be honest with me and sell me a camper that was one I could live in. Bad salesman here!

Do NOT trust Bobby! Called from Dallas interested in a caper, explained to him we needed something FULLY operational to live in while we finished our house. Was assured EVERYTHING worked just fine. Drove down and picked it up a bit late, Its on me that I didn't inspect it like I should have. Generator wont run more than 2 minutes, hot water pipe leaks all over, dump valve completely torn off, the new battery that came with it was anything but new, went as far as to ask him about all this and sorry for your bad luck was about all we got. His main concern was making a sale, not that he put us out not just money but time, and now trying to find a trailer we CAN actually live in. I am thankful he isn't local.
